I had to make a phone call just now. I thought it would be a nasty one (this person and I had a phone fight this weekend). Whilst the phone was ringing I wrote this on my notepad to try and get though it (lame I know). Phone call turned out completely differently then expected. This person even aplogised. Don't you love being pleasantly surprised!?
