Last night Karen invited me over for a feast - some people laughed at what a Vegan feast could possibly be like (nuts and apples I think they said). Well Ha, Ha, Ha... it was DELICIOUS!
It was a potato gnocchi with mushrooms, pine nuts and the most amazing sauce I've ever devoured. It actually tasted like potjiekos - YUM.
So I have decided to make Karen my wife. She can cook me dinners, I will clean up, we will have separate bedrooms and bathrooms (the way every marriage should work)!
