I recently started a running program - run 10km in 12 weeks... I'm on week 3. Although I'm very impressed with myself for even making it to week 3 I still have no idea how I'm ever going to be fit enough to run a 10km race! I can barely complete the 4 minute run I have to do now. Yesterdays training was: 10 minute warm up then 4 minute run - 2 minute walk x 4.
I'm just taking each day as it comes and hoping the fitness will reveal itself to me one of these days, eventually.
