I turned my Beleaf salad into a warm pasta meal for today's lunch. It consisted of: 3 bean salad, chickpeas, salsa (peppers, tomatoes, onions, lemon juice), pepper dews, pasta and a dash of sweet chilly sauce.
The 3 bean salad has been soaking in olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the past 2 days so biting into them releases a pool of deliciousness. I enjoyed this baby so much I wanted to cry when it was finished. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!
