As a treat I like to go to Beleaf - which is just up the road from my work. I've invented a winning salad... brown rice, bean salad, salsa, rocket, avo and balsamic dressing. But it's R32 a small salad so it really can only be a treat for me. Problem is I'm a little addicted to it. So this weekend I went to Pick 'n Pay and bought the ingredients. I made my own Beleaf salad... it's not as yummy as my avo isn't ripe... and it's swimming in a pool of balsamic vinegar but I'm still really happy with it. Yay me!
