My plan was to go and get my special salad from be-leaf but the morning after the night before calls for something warmer, creamier, yummier... so I got this baby from the discovery canteen for only R21.50!! It's a spinach and ricotta cannelloni (not vegan - but it is still vegetarian!) I'm in lunch time heaven right now!
