After spending Saturday morning mopping up the kitchen floor, thanks to my very old washing machine I did the "do I want a new machine" or "do I NEED one"... I desperately needed one. Hello credit card.
Ethan and I found one at Hyper in Sandton. Got a Defy Automaid 600 (front loader). Ethan and I were high-fiving each other after we figured out how to put it together and set it up. It's bloody heavy though, so to get it in it's spot I landed up lying on my back on the kitchen floor with my hands pushing the wall behind me and my feet shoving it under the counter (yes, I have a small kitchen)... I then proceeded to sit on the kitchen floor and watched the first load of washing getting cleaned. Ethan didn't understand the excitement...
