Johnny (long story) came to stay over last night. Was cool... he even helped Ethan with his homework so I could get on with my evening chores. Was nice to see him again. Ethan also LOVES him so behaved really well in front of Johnny... did his homework without moaning, went to bed when asked, got ready super fast this morning. Awesome!
PS. Before we fetched Johnny, Ethan and I went off to Fourways to fetch my mom. Whilst we were there I thought it would be a jolly good idea to replace all of Ethan's lost stationery (yes, it's only Feb and already he has lost a lot)... Anyway, the plan was that this stationery would come out of his pocket money to hopefully teach him the value of things. CNA is bloody expensive! 4 pencils, 2 erasers, pack of pens came to R67! Told Ethan I would go halves with him... He said "why didn't you tell me it was coming off my pocket money... if you had told me I would have gone to lost property to find my things" ??!!!! (not quite sure why he wouldn't do that in the first place... seems it's OK when it's mom spending her money) I think he has learnt his lesson... one can hope anyway.
