This morning I took my car to KIA as there' s a high-pitched screaching sound everytime I start my car. I hate cars - I know nothing about them. Werner, who is a very sweet man but knows nothing about personal space fixed it for me (and didn't charge me) AND he managed to sort out this other annoying sound that I've been hearing since I bought it. Thank you!!
