The other day my mom gave me a Pilates book (she works at Estoril books and gets freebies every now and again). Anyway, I decided to go through my home and find all the exercise books and DVD's I own. There's a lot!

I got the Tai-chi book about 12 years ago and tried it out for all of 5 minutes, same thing goes for the Tae-bo DVD. Chillates was a freebie which I tried a couple times, flatten your stomach I remember doing when I was a teenager. I bought the fit and Cindy DVD quite recently.

I looked at my stash and realised I have very good intentions but NEVER follow through with any exercise program. I have a love/hate relationship with exercise, I love to think about it, hate to do it.

I do walk every Monday and Wednesday evening, round and round the field whilst Ethan plays soccer though - and it's free!

  2. I know! All I need to do is put on a pair of takkies and walk out the door and I find that too hard! The couch always looks so much more appealing!
